摘要
结合示教处理过程提出了一种新的法矢二次测量方法,通过算法来提高测得法矢的精度,然后再进行插补处理,这样可极大地提高所获取的被加工面法矢的精度,因而较好地保证了激光切割加工的质量.同时为了更好地提高示教效率。
In order to ensure the machining quality in 3 dimension laser cutting process, the laser head should trace precisely the surface normal vector in real time. A new way is presented by means of iterative measuring and processing algorithm to overcome the shortages of traditional way. It also addresses the strategy of selecting teaching points in order to improve the efficiency of teach mode process.
