摘要
以工业纯氧为氧化剂,采用自制的间歇式超临界水氧化系统对造纸黑液进行处理,处理后的排水能够达到国家规定的排放标准。同时分析了超临界水氧化过程中不同反应温度、时间及其氧气浓度对该废水COD处理效率的影响。实验结果表明:在450℃、压力24~25MPa,过氧倍数2.2,氧化反应时间60s的实验条件下,其COD去除率达到99.8%。
The pollution of papermaking is serious, useing the supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) technology to treat black liquor is high-efficiency and environmental protection. The experiment used industrial pure oxidation as oxidant, adapted intermittent SCWO system by self-made and handled the black liquor. After disposing, drainage could achieve state emission standards. Analyses the influence of different reaction temperature, reaction time and the density of oxygen to the removal of COD indicated that when temperature is 450℃, pressure is 24~25MPa, over dosing of oxygen is 2.2, reaction is 60s, the removal rate of COD is 99.8%.
