摘要
探讨了10种热处理工艺对含As、Sn、Pb、Ti球墨铸铁试样抗拉强度及延伸率的影响.结果表明:含As、Sn、Pb、Ti球墨铸铁采用低温部分奥氏体化正火处理,可以获得较佳的综合力学性能;高温退火有利于其综合力学性能的提高;在共析转变温度上、下波动加热--冷却的珠光体球化处理是改善其韧性的有效措施.
The influences of ten various types of heat treatment on the tensile strength and elongation of spheroidal, graphite cast iron are investigated. The results showed that the spheroidal graphite cast iron can obtain better composite mechanical properties by the heat treatment of partial austenitization normalizing in the low temparature range, and the tempering in the high temparature range is favourable for improving the mechanical properties of the cast iron, and the pearl spheroidization treatment by wave heating-cooling above and below the temparature range of eutectoid transformation is a efficient measure improving the ductility of the spheroidal graphite cast iron containing As, Sn, Pb and Ti.
