摘要
随着科技成果转化率的不断加大,知识产权与科技创新在科技成果转化中的作用日益上升。加强科技创新,可以促进科技成果推广转化工作,科技成果转化必然对知识产权问题进行研究。首先阐述了科技创新的意义。其次,分析了我国科技成果产业化及其中的知识产权存在的问题。同时,对科技创新与科技成果转化中的知识产权问题研究的必要性进行了深入的探讨。最后,从积极搭建创新服务平台,助推企业技术创新;扶持企业建立研发机构,提高企业自主创新能力;对外实行科技交流合作联姻,推动产学研联合;完善和落实政策措施,激发企业科技自主创新活力;依法行政,强化服务企业创新创业的良好环境;制定科技创新激励政策;加强知识产权法律、法规的宣传工作,提高知识产权保护意识这七个方面对如何加强我国的科技创新与科技成果转化中的知识产权保护提出了自己的看法和建议,具有一定的参考价值。
