摘要
工程项目由于项目参与方之间的相对独立性,传统的项目组织和管理模式不利于参与方之间进行知识交流和积累,而知识管理是提高整个工程项目领域建设和经营管理水平的重要途径。因此,探讨符合工程项目特点的知识管理方法与策略就显得尤为重要。对项目及项目组织的特点、项目知识管理集成对象进行了阐述,并以项目管理的流程为对象,通过对流程的分析,提炼知识并将知识融入工作流程之中,在此基础上构建工程项目知识管理体系。
Due to the relative independence among the project participants in the engineering project,the traditional project organization and management mode is unfavorable to the knowledge communication and accumulation among the participants,however,the knowledge management is the important way to improve the construction and operation management level of whole engineering project field.Therefore,it seems especially important to discuss the knowledge management methods and strategies in accordance with the engineering project characteristics.The characteristics of project and project organization as well as the integration objects of project knowledge management are discussed in this dissertation and the knowledge is refined through the flow analysis with the project management flow as the object,which is integrated into the work flow.The knowledge management system of engineering project is constructed based on this.
