经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗54例肾结石

摘要 目的:探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法:B超引导下穿刺建立皮肾通道、肾镜下采用瑞士EMS11I代气压弹道联合超声碎石机治疗54例59侧肾结石。对手术时间、结石清除率、手术并发症等临床资料进行分析。结果:全部患者均l期成功建立皮肾通道。单侧结石清除时间35~115min,平均55min。结石粉碎率100%,结石取净率91.8%(45/49)。结论:经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎术治疗肾结石操作简单、安全可靠、疗效满意。
