摘要
目的:建立律复康胶囊中主要药材的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对律复康胶囊中红参、丹参进行定性鉴别。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,可分别检出处方中红参和丹参对应的斑点,斑点显色清晰,分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建立的方法简便,专属性强,重现性好,可作为律复康胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective：To estiblish the method for qualitative identification of main herbal medicines in Lufukang Capsule.Methods：Radix gingseng Rubra,Salvia miltiorrhiza in Lufukang Capsule were identified by TLC.Results：Under the selected condition,clear and distinguishable spots were detectable and the separating result was satisfactory in Radix gingseng Rubra,Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion：The test method is simple,exclusive and reproducible.The methods can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
