摘要
图书馆危机不仅是全球图书馆界正在面临的一个严重问题,而且正对全球图书馆事业的稳定发展造成严重威胁。图书馆危机治理是现代经济治理理论与图书馆理论有机结合而提出的一个新课题。深刻剖析图书馆危机治理的特殊内涵,明确指出目前图书馆危机治理中存在的"市场失灵"问题,并针对此问题提出政府干预与救济才是解决问题的根本方法,从而为我国图书馆危机治理机制的建立和完善提供现实选择。
Library crisis not only is a serious problem that the whole world library circle is confronted with,but also has a grave threat on stability and development of the whole world library. Library crisis governance is a new problem submitted forward by combining organically modern economy governance theory and library theory. By profoundly analyzing the connotation of library crisis governance,clearly pointing out the ＂market failure＂ of current catastrophe insurance,and proposing that government intervention should be a fundamental way to solve the problem,which raised policy choices of China＇s library crisis governance system to establish and improve.
