摘要
目的探讨我国城乡居民医疗保健支出的影响因素。方法利用面板数据模型,对我国1997～2007年各省城乡居民医疗保健支出与收入及医疗保健价格的关系进行实证研究。结果收入是影响我国城乡居民医疗保健支出的重要原因,医疗价格的变化对我国城镇居民医疗保健支出的影响较大,但对农村居民医疗保健支出影响不明显。结论提高城乡居民收入,加快推进医疗卫生体制改革是提高我国居民健康水平的重要方式。
Objective To explore the influential factors of health care and medical services consumption in rural and urban areas in China.Methods Panel data models were established to discover the impacts of income and the price of medical health care on health care and medical services consumption during 1997-2007.Results Income was a crucial factor to influence both urban and rural households＇ medical care expenditure,while price of medical care influnced urban households more but rural households less.Conclusion Increasing income level and promoting reform on medical care system are import to improve residents＇ health condition.
