胶原膜联合Bio-Oss骨粉成骨效果的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价可吸收性胶原膜及Bio-Oss骨粉联合应用的成骨效果。方法3只实验用犬,在双侧下颌骨颊侧骨面各形成一处约1cm×1cm的实验区,左侧Bio-Oss骨粉与胶原膜联合应用并以钛钉固定为实验组;右侧单纯应用Bio-Oss骨粉组以做自身对照。术后12周行形态学、组织学及扫描电镜观察。结果2组均有新骨形成,实验组新骨成熟,骨小梁排列较为有序,可见哈佛骨系统。对照组可见大量成骨细胞及无规则骨小梁,成熟度不及实验组。结论使用Bio-Oss骨粉与胶原膜联合应用并对膜加以固定的方法其成骨效果要优于单纯应用Bio-Oss骨粉。 Objective To evaluate the effect of bone formation of Bio-Oss used alone or in combined with bioresorbable collagen membrane.Methods 1 cm × 1 cm areas were formed on bilateral of mandibles of three dogs.Left side was experimental group:Bio-Oss + collagen membrane + titanium screws fixing.Right side was set as control:used Bio-Oss only.The macroscopic,histological and scanning electron microscope observations were performed at twelve weeks after surgery.Results Two groups all have new bone formed.In experimental group:mature osteocytes and Haversian lamellar could be seen,plenty of bone trabeculae arranged orderly.In control group:massive osteoblasts and bone trabeculae irregular arranged were found,which was lower in bone mature than experimental group.Conclusion Bone formation effectiveness of Bio-Oss combining with collagen membrane fixing is better than that of Bio-Oss only.
