以轿车内饰件为例,介绍了在UG环境下进行注塑模设计的流程。着重阐述塑件的分型设计方法,包括孔的修补,分型线和分型面等的选取与创建方法,型芯和型腔的创建过程,侧向分型和抽芯机构的设计方法和技巧。模具采用了一模两腔平衡式布局,点浇口凝料自动脱落机构,侧向分型与抽芯机构。
The design of injection molds based on UG software was exemplified by cars' interiors with the emphasis on the parting mechanism including the designs of hole patch, parting lines, side parting, and core-pulling. The injection mold adopted two-cavities with balance layout, automatic falling of the cold material at point-gate, side parting, and core-pulling mechanisms. The purpose of automatic production was realized.
