摘要
目的探讨制订病案管理中的保密制度必要性及方案。方法针对病案管理工作中的新变化、管理的现状,分析做好病案管理保密工作的重要性。结果加强病案管理工作中的保密制度的制订是病案管理工作必不可少的。结论制订完善、有效的病案管理保密制度,确保病案资源更好地为社会各界服务。
Objective To explore the necessity for secrecy system in medical records management and projects. Methods Analysis on the importance of secrecy system in medical records management was conducted in terms of new changes and management status. Results It was essential to make secrecy system in medical records management. Conclusion Comprehensive and effective secrecy system is established in medical records management to better serve for all sectors of the community.
