实时三维超声容积自动测量技术诊断胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨应用实时三维超声容积自动测量技术(VOCAL)在胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形的应用价值。方法回顾分析总结了7例Dandy-Walker畸形的超声表现,以及伴发的其他畸形。结果 Dandy-Walker畸形可见典型的超声表现。3例合并中枢神经系统以外的其他畸形。所有病例均经羊水或者脐血穿刺,进行染色体检查,5例异常。结论应用VOCAL技术,可更有效的检出胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形。
