护环胀形时端部摩擦力对护环形状影响的力学分析计算

摘要 从力学分析角度出发 ,结合目前正研究设计的 3MW~ 2 5 MW护环自增压和自补液混合型胀形模具 ,定性定量地分析胀形时护环端部摩擦力对护环形状的影响 。 Expanded with hydraulic pressure,a retaining ring exists that two end is bigger or the middle is bigger,this is always a unsolved difficult problem.Up to now,because the research for the shape change of retaining ring expanded with hydraulic pressure is only limited to a qualitative analysis,the taken measurements have some blindness.This paper has analysed and calculated the influence of the end friction on the shape of retaining ring qualitatively and quanlitatively from mechanical analysis,the difficult problem will be solved probably.
