摘要
文章讨论了晋西北四县经济可持续发展的重要性,分析了该区持续发展的制约因素,即环境问题突出;经济发展滞后;人口增长快,但人口素质低;资源利用率低。
The paper discuss the importance about economic sustainable development of the west-north areas in shanxi province. It analysis the restricted element about this areas sustainable development, that is, environment problem, lone economic level, basis quality of propulation, use rate of resource.
