摘要
通过用频次比较法和六种聚集指标对麦田蛴螬的田间格局和抽样技术进行了研究,所有指标表明麦田蛴螬在田间呈聚集分布,聚集度因田块而异,聚集原因主要取决于蛴螬本身的聚集行为与环境异质性共同作用所致,通过5种常用抽样方法比较,表明工字形或双对角线15或20点抽样时,可控制误差率在15%左右。
By frequency comparations and six kinds of assembling indexes, researches have been made on a field structure of grubs in wheat fields and sample technology. All those indicate that grubs in wheat fields are distributed according to assembling in fields, and assembling degrees differ due to field-plots. Assembling original fields are determined chiefly by assembling act of grubs themselves and their environmental factors. Through five sorts of sample comparations, i.e. 15- or 20-point sample from Ⅰ-shaped forms and two diagonal lines, error rate can be dominated to 15% or so.
