摘要
后评价作为工程项目周期中一个不可缺少的重要环节,对提高项目的决策水平和投资效益具有非常重要意义。本文研究了现有项目后评价理论和方法,结合电力建设项目特点,尝试构建了电力建设项目后评价指标体系,将层次分析法和模糊评判结合起来运用,用模糊综合评价方法进行成功度评判,并结合实际案例进行了分析。
Post evaluation is an indispensable and important link of item periodicity,and it has important significance to improve decision-making and investment performance. Referring to the theories and methods of post evaluation in stock,in this paper,against features of power electricity generation item,the writer tried to establish the indicator system of the post evaluation. Especially the writer gives the model of evaluation and makes the analysis according to an actual project.
