摘要
介绍了一种基于脉宽调制技术的半固态流变浆料制备过程的温度控制系统,分析了该系统的工作原理、实现电路以及PWM控制芯片的结构和具体应用。试验中,加热元件选用了硅钼棒作为发热体。结果表明,硅钼棒工作电流在升温、保温、降温时,均未超过200A的设定值,达到了限流的目的。当有扰动发生时,控制系统稳定、无振荡,恒温控制稳定度≤0.5℃,温度波动在±1℃之间,可以满足黑色金属半固态大于1500℃高温加热的需要。
Temperature control system for preparing semi-solid rheoforming slurry based on pulse-width modulation (PWM) was described, and working principle, working circuit of the system and structure and application of PWM control chip were analyzed. SiMo rod was adopted as heating unit. It is found that working current of SiMo rod is less than 200A (designed value) during temperature increases, holding temperature and temperature decrease process, realizing the goal of current-control. Temperature control system exhibits stability and non-oscillation in condition of disturbance, where constant temperature control is less than 0.5℃ and temperature fluctuation is in range of ±1℃, fully meeting requirements of heating for ferrous metal semi-solid more than 1500℃.
