摘要
在不锈钢异型件上制备性能优良的阻氚层是其工程应用的关键技术问题。综述了阻氚层的类型及其性能,介绍了不锈钢异型件上阻氚层制备技术的研究现状及其优缺点;针对化学稳定性高、结构致密的FeAl/Al_2O_3复合阻氚层的制备,介绍了金属有机化学气相沉积和室温熔盐电镀两种新方法。
Preparation of tritium penetration barrier(TPB) with high performance on stainless steel specialshaped pieces is a key technology in its engineering application.The types and properties of the tritium penetration barrier are reviewed,and the research progress on preparation technology of the barrier on special-shaped pieces of stainless steel and its advantages and disadvantages are described.Aiming at the preparation of FeAl/Al2O3 composite tritium penetration barrier with high chemical stability and dense structure,two new technologies,metal organic chemical vapor deposition and electroplating from ambient temperature molten salt,are put forward.
