农村应用型人才培养是新农村建设的需要。在农村应用型金融人才培养方面,应明确培养目标与办学特色,加强教学体系和教研队伍建设。
The rural application personnel training is the new rural reconstruction need.In the rural application finance personnel training aspect,we should be clear about the raise goal and the school characteristic,strengthens the teaching system and the research troop construction.
