摘要
甘肃省是一个农业人口较多且经济欠发达的省份,农村劳动力资源丰富,但文化程度偏低,素质较差,出现大量的剩余劳动力,严重制约着甘肃经济的发展。因此,加快甘肃省农村富余劳动力的转移是一项极为紧迫的任务。
Gansu Province is a large agricultural population and the economically underdeveloped province.The rural labor resource is rich,but the level of education is low and the quality is poor,so a large number of surplus labor seriously hinders the economic development of Gansu Province.Therefore,accelerating the transfer of surplus rural labor in Gansu Province is an extremely urgent task.
