摘要
农业税的取消已经成为乡村治理研究的一个转折点。在三农问题研究渐趋沉寂的今天,农村治理研究需要向理性的思考转化——以问题为中心的研究取向需要向更深层次的理论分析转化。从与"结构"视角相区分的"功能"视角出发,当前中国农村治理的功能首先在于秩序的获得。在当前中国农村现实条件的制约下,农村治理研究更需要关注的是"善秩"的获得,"善秩"的实质就在于发展型秩序的塑造。
The abolition of agricultural tax has become a turning point in rural governance. At the present, the ＂agriculture, village and peasant＂ problems are gradually relieving, rural governance research needs rational thinking. Problem-centered research approach requires transform to a deeper theoretical analysis; there are many studies about this now. From the perspective of ＂good order＇which is distinct form the ＂structural analysis＂, I concluded that China＇s current rural governance needs to consider getting the order first. Consider the conditions of China, the researchers of rural governance in China need focus on the acquisition of ＂good order＂in rural areas, and the nature of ＂good order＂ is the re-shaping of developmental order.
