摘要
某高层酒店建筑由钢筋混凝土结构改为钢-混凝土混合结构,进行了多方面的优化:减小结构占用面积,优化建筑平面布置;减小结构高度从而增加建筑楼层;减小结构总重量,优化基础设计;缩短施工周期等。虽然单纯从结构造价讲,钢结构方案比混凝土结构方案增加约10%,但因结构高度减小增加了楼层,缩短施工周期能尽早收回投资等,综合经济效益是可观的。另外,讨论了矩形钢管混凝土框架设计的要点,如节点设计、钢管混凝土柱中钢与混凝土的承载力比例等。
A steel-concrete composite structural system for a hotel building is introduced in the paper.The optimization was conducted in many ways in the structural design,which are the reduction of the area of structural members that is in favor of architects,the reduction of the beam height that may lead to increase of floor quantity,the reduction of structural weight and pile quantity,and the reduction of construction period.The cost of structural members for steel system may be 10% higher than that for reinforced concrete system.But because the floor quantity increases,period of construction decreases,global profit may be obtained for the project.Also,some key points in design of concrete filled tube frames were discussed in this paper,such as panel zone design and the ratio of bearing capacity of concrete to that of steel,etc.
