摘要
道路通行能力是道路的一种性能,是度量道路疏导车辆能力的指标。在冰雪路面条件下,由于车辆制动性能的显著降低及冰雪给驾驶员带来的心理变化,道路通行能力受到很大限制。经计算分析,冰雪路面通行能力只有正常路面的25%～50%。
Traffic capacity is a kind of performance of road.It is used to measure the capacity of road diverts vehicles.In snow and ice conditions,vehicles＇ brake performance is obviously worse,so road capacity is greatly restricted.The study shows that the traffic capacity of road in snow and ice conditions is only 25%~50% of that in normal condition.
