激光二极管端面泵浦Tm∶YAP 2μm激光器 被引量:1

摘要 报道了激光二极管端面泵浦Tm∶YAP晶体,在2μm处获得连续的激光输出,在实验中选择五种不同光斑能量分布的泵浦源,最高实现20.9 W的2μm激光输出,光-光转换效率为26.1%,斜率效率为39%。通过对五种具有不同光斑能量分布泵浦源的比较,得出了光斑能量分布与光-光转换效率、最大功率输出的关系,以便在今后的实验中快速选择理想的泵浦源。 Continuous wave Tm∶YAP solid laser at 2 μm using laser-diode end pumping is reported.In the experiment,five kinds of the pump source of different spot energy distribution were selected,maximum 20.9 W 2 μm laser output was realized,light-light conversion efficiency was 26.1%,slope efficiency was 39%.We found the spot energy distribution in relationship with optical-optical conversion efficiency and maximum power output by comparing five kinds of the pump source of different spot energy distribution,so that the ideal pump source will be selected quickly in future experiments.
