Experimental study on cell micro-manipulation in capillary by optical tweezers

摘要 细胞是生命结构和功能的基本单位,光镊透过毛细管管壁捕获毛细管中的酵母菌细胞或血红细胞,实现光镊沿光束纵向和横向操纵毛细管中的生物细胞,并使其沿光束横向移动。实验测量了毛细管中酵母菌细胞的皮牛顿量级的光阱力。实现了光镊对毛细管中生物活体样品的非接触无损伤操纵和测量。 Cell is a basic unit of life structure and function,optical tweezers can manipulate yeast cell or red blood cell through the wall of capillary,realizing the manipulation of biological cell in capillary by optical tweezers along the axial and transverse beam and making its move along the transverse beam.We measured the optical trapping force of piconewton order on the yeast cell in capillary in our experiments.Optical tweezers can realize the manipulation of alive biological samples in a non-contacting and nondestructive way.
