摘要
在接枝率为3.5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)中分别掺入一定量的聚丙烯(PP)、高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体、线型低密度聚乙烯和聚苯乙烯,在温度为200~210℃,时间为1~2 min的条件下挤出造粒,可制备高黏合性的共混物。结果表明,将其涂于金属材料表面,纯PP-g-MAH的黏合强度仅为0.936 N/mm,PP-g-MAH与PP以20/80(质量比)共混时,黏合强度提高到1.956 N/mm。通过扫描电镜观察黏合性树脂共混物的断面,PP-g-MAH(20份)与其他聚烯烃共混后,共混物与金属材料的接触面增大,渗透力增强,有利于酸酐与极性物质形成键合力。
The polyolefin adhesive resin blends were prepared by blending maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene ( PP - g - MAH) with grafting ratio of 3.5 % , polypropylene (PP) , high density polyethylene, polyolefin elastomer, low density polyethylene and polystyrene at screw temperature of 200- 210 ℃, and time of 1 -2 min. The results showed that the adhesion strength of PP- g- MAH was 0. 936 N/mm, and the adhesion strength of PP-g- MAH/PP ( mass ratio 20/80) was 1.956 N/mm when they were applied on the surface of metallic materials. The scanning electron microscopy observation showed that the blending of PP - g - MAH with other polyolefins got PP interface with metal magnified, penetration power enhanced, and was favorable for the formation of bond force between anhydride and polar substances.
