摘要
针对某用于输送高度危害介质的压力管道,以可靠性分析原理为基础,根据抽样结果的概率统计分析和控制因素状况的综合评价结果,采用模糊综合评价的方法,对已安装的压力管道进行了质量可信性评价,给出了安全评价的结论和整改措施。
Credibility analysis and evaluation of steel pressure pipelines for transporting highly hazardous material were performed. Based on the principles of reliability analysis, and in accordance with statistical analysis of sampling results and comprehensive evaluation of controlling factor situation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the quality of the installed pressure pipes. Safety evaluation conclusions and rectification measures were presented.
