摘要
为了研究喉部参数对部分流泵性能的影响,利用CFD技术,基于数值模拟与试验方法对比5种喉部参数的结果表明,常规转速小流量高扬程部分流泵喉部直径在0.8Dd以下时(Dd为供比较的部分流泵喉部直径),扬程和效率下降较快;当喉部直径大于1.4Dd时,扬程和效率均略高于设计工况下扬程值。部分流泵总压、静压分布比较合理;随着喉部直径的增大,扬程系数增大,流量系数下降。
CFD technology was used in study of the partial emission pump,and changes 5 kind of throat parameters at the same time.The paper conversely calculates the result of numerical simulation and the test and discusses the impact of the changes of the throat parameters to the partial emission pump.The research show that When the throat diameter under 0.8Dd,head and efficiency decreases rapidly.When the throat diameter above 1.4Dd,head and efficiency a little higher than that in design conditions.The distribution of static pressure and total pressure is reasonable in the partial emission pump.With the increasing of throat parameters,high-lift coefficient increases,but the flow coefficient reduce.
