摘要 从2004-06开始,COSL(中海油田服务公司)与挪威一个深水公司合作进行ASDD,即,浮筒式深水钻井装置的研制,其目的是在距离水面250 m左右的水中安装井口和BOP,将我国现有的半潜式钻井平台的作业水深由目前的457 m提高到1500 m左右。在项目进行过程中,COSL进行了大量的理论研究与试验论证工作,先后在国内外进行了9项专题研究,包括一系列计算机模拟与水中模拟试验,取得了大量研究数据;并于2009-04在中国南海海域进行476 m水深的试验井钻井作业,获得了预期效果。 A fact that the project of ASDD had developed both COSL and a company from Norway is described,which is about a new device of deepwater drilling.The purpose is to install deepwater BOP 250 meters beneath the water level thus to strength capability of the semi submersible of the operation from 457 m to 1500 m under sea surface.During the implementation of the project,COSL had done a lot of researches and experiences between labs and pools for demonstration of the new device in the deepwater drilling,including to not only trial in the water but also simulation by computers.There were 9 tests had been made both domestic and abroad and much data had been acquired by these experiences.Last,the trial well had been operated by COSL in South China Sea in April of 2009 and it made success according to plan.
