摘要
基于2003—2005年20个省份的数据利用数据包络法,对所列举的全国及东、中、西部三大区域电信产业的产出效率进行分析。分析结果表明:中国电信产业技术效率较高,并主要由纯技术效率构成;中、西部电信产业经过几年的发展,技术效率已经得到明显的提升,但同东部比较仍存在较大的差距;电信产业员工冗余现象严重;电信产业全要素生产率处于一个不断提升的阶段,且技术进步的作用变得越来越明显。
Using data envelopment analysis,this paper analyzes the input-output efficiency of telecommunications in China and its eastern,middle,western area,based on the data of 20 provinces from 2003 to 2005.The findings demonstrate that during this period the technical efficiency of China＇s telecommunications shows a rising trend in general;mostly depending on the rising of pure technical efficiency.Although there was a rising trend of technical efficiency of the middle and western.The TFP of telecommunications is rising steadily,and the function of the technological progress becomes more and more obviously.
