摘要
利用微波谐振腔微扰法,测定草酸钴、四氧化三钴及二者混合物的微波吸波特性,并通过微波加热物料,探讨物料在微波场中的升温行为。研究结果表明,草酸钴吸波性能较弱,而四氧化三钴具有很强的吸波性能,二者混合物的吸波性能随着四氧化三钴配比的增加而增强。在微波功率820 W条件下,配加质量分数20%四氧化三钴的草酸钴在微波场中加热240 s后,温度即可达554 K,物料在微波场中的升温快慢与微波功率成正比。升温行为结果与吸波特性测定结果相吻合。
The microwave-absorbing characteristics of cobalt oxalate, cobalt oxide (Co3O4) and the mixture of cobalt oxalate-cobalt oxide (Co3O4) were determined by means of microwave cavity perturbation. The temperature rise behavior of the sample by microwave heating was discussed also. The results showed that cobalt oxide (Co3O4) had strong capability to absorb microwave energy,while cobalt oxalate was a relatively poor microwave absorber. The capability to absorb microwave energy of cobalt oxalate-cobah oxide (Co3O4) increased with an increased mixture ratio of Co3O4. When microwave irradiation time was 240 seconds under power 820 W, the temperature of the mixture ratio 20 % of Co3O4 was up to 554 K. The temperature rise of the sample was in proportion to the specific power. The temperature rise behavior was in good agreement with the spectrum.
