摘要
介绍了一种低成本、高可靠性且具有节能功能的温度显示控制器.它由显示面板和控制盒两部分组成,两者之间采用RS485串行通信.中央处理器选用美国Atmel公司的AT89S52作为核心处理器,配以MAX706看门狗电路,使系统抗干扰性得以进一步提高.显示面板风机键盘选用触摸式薄膜开关,显示管选用高亮度数码管和发光二极管.控制盒内包含电源电路、温度采样电路和开关量输入/输出电路.控制系统节能模式采用的方法是提高客房的设定温度值(夏季),同时将风机盘管的转速自动设定在低速档运行.
A system for temperature display and control was presented,which is of low-cost,high-reliability and energy conservation.The system consists of display panel and control box.RS485 was used for communication of data bidirectional interchanging.AT89S52 was adopted as the core CPU and,the anti-interference capability was improved further with watchdog of MAX706.Keyboard of the display panel was equipped with touching filmy-switch and,the brightness digital-tube and light emitting diode were used as display-tube.The power circuit,sampling circuit and on/off circuit for input/output were included in the control box.The strategy for energy conservation is enhancing the setting temperature of the vip-room in summer,and lowing the rotating speed of the fan coil units.
