摘要
针对目前自动答疑系统大多以关键词匹配为基础,忽视了关键词和关键词间的语义信息、问题求解准确率不足的问题,提出1种利用Ontology概念规范、语义关系明确等特点,将Ontology应用到自动答疑系统中的方法。该方法对答案库进行有效的组织,用户问题经分词并预处理后,可通过模式匹配和计算句子语义相似度2种方式返回答案,有效地提高了查询准确率。
Aiming at the problem that mostly the current system is just based on keyword matching and ignores the semantic information of the Keywords,this paper proposes a method which applies ontology to question answering system with the help of the knowledge and semantic information in ontology.The method effectively organized answer database.Question answering system returns answers by pattern matching and calculating semantic similarity calculating after word segmenting and pre-treating user＇s questing.The query precision can be effectively improved.
