摘要
设计了基于调谐式激光吸收光谱技术的甲烷检测装置,采用DFB作为光源,通过对光源的调制实现甲烷气体浓度的谐波检测。该装置利用一次谐波作为反馈信号对光源输出波长进行稳频,利用二次谐波和一次谐波的比值作为系统的输出,消除了光源光强波动等共模噪声的影响。设计的调谐式激光甲烷检测装置通过了实验检验,在0~5%范围内的检测相对误差小于2%,满足煤矿安全监测的要求。
This article designed a methane detection device based on the tunable laser absorption spectroscopy technique,using DFB as the light source,through the modulation of the light source achieve harmonic detection of methane gas concentrations.The device uses the first harmonic as a feedback signal to stable the output wavelength of the light source,and uses the ratio of the second harmonic and first harmonic as the system's output,eliminating common-mode noise such as the intensity fluctuations of the light source.The design of tunable laser methane detection device successed in test by the experiment,and the testing relative error within the gas scope of 0~5% is less than 2%,able to meet the coal mine safety monitoring requirements.
