摘要
目的:观察宫血宁治疗药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法:将136例接受药物流产的妇女随机分成治疗组、对照组,孕囊排出后,试验组加服宫血宁胶囊,对照组不另加药,观察两组阴道出血情况。结果:两组在阴道流血量、流血持续时间上差异显著(P<0.05)。宫血宁治疗药物流产后阴道出血的疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the treatment efficacy of Gongxuening in vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods： 136 patients, which undergoing medical abortion women were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The experimental group took gongxuening capsules after gestational sac and control group not took anything. And at last, vaginal bleeding of the different groups were observed. Results： There has a significant difference in the amount of vaginal bleeding and duration of bleeding. （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Gongxuening is effective for treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion, it is worthy of clinical application.
