摘要
[目的]了解深圳市福田区老年人慢性病患病状况及护理需求情况。[方法]采用问卷调查法,对福田区8个社区792例老年人进行慢性病患病现状及护理需求调查。[结果]本组老年人慢性病患病率为64.1%,患病率前5位依次为高血压、糖尿病、心血管疾病、颈和腰椎疾病、高血脂;常住、暂住老年病人在文化程度、居住状态、经济来源、个人收入、医疗费来源方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响病人家庭护理需求服务的主要因素依次为就医指导、照顾者角色、个人经济状况、医疗费和患病种类(P<0.05)。[结论]老年慢性病病人有较高的家庭护理服务需求,开展老年人家庭护理服务是必然的趋势。
Objective：To know the prevalence chronic diseases and nursing care request of elderly in Futian district of Shenzhen city.Methods：A total of 792 elderly people from 8 communities in Futian district of Shenzhen city were investigated by adopting questionnaires survey method.Results：The prevalence of chronic diseases of the elderly in this group was 64.1%.Among them,the top 5 illnesses were in turn hypertension,diabetes,cardiovascular diseases,neck and lumbar spinal disease,and hyperlipidemia.There were statistical significant differences in terms of education background,residence status,financial resources,personal income and source of medical expenses between transient and resident senior citizens with chronic diseases （P0.05）.The main factors influencing home care request of the elderly were medical guidance,role of caregiver,personal economic status,medical expenses and categories of diseases （P0.05）.Conclusion：Elderly people with chronic diseases have a higher demand for home care service.It is an inevitable trend to carry out home care service for elderly.
