摘要
近几年来,西方学者对领导的阴暗面展开了一系列的调查与研究,毁害型领导理论逐渐成为领导学研究的前沿,为我们研究领导有效性问题提供了全新的视角。在已有研究的基础上,本文采用湖南、广东两省企业员工的209份有效问卷,使用SPSS 17.0与AMOS 7.0,通过验证性分析、信度分析、相关分析、回归分析、结构方程模型等,对毁害型领导和下属职业行为之间关系进行了实证研究,得出主要研究结论有:(1)毁害型领导与下属工作满意度负相关,毁害型领导对下属工作满意度有显著的预测能力。(2)毁害型领导与下属组织认同负相关,毁害型领导对下属组织认同有显著的预测能力。(3)毁害型领导与下属离职意向正相关,毁害型领导对下属离职意向有显著的预测能力。(4)毁害型领导与下属工作绩效正相关,毁害型领导对下属工作绩效有显著的预测能力。
In recent years, western scholars launched a series of investigations and research on the dark side of leadership, and destructive leadership has become a cuttingedge research on leadership and provided a new perspective for us to study the effectiveness of leadership. The paper explores the relationship between destructive leadership and the job behavior of subordinate, gets the main findings by processing 209 valid questionnaires from Hunan and Guangdong provinces through SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0, with the reliability analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on. The findings are as follows: i . It is a significant negative correlation between destructive leadership and subordinate's job satisfaction and destructive leadership can predict subordinate's job satisfaction; ii. It is a significant negative correlation between destructive leadership and subordinate's organizational identification and destructive leadership can predict subordinate's organizational identification; iii. It is a significant positive correlation between destructive leadership and subordinate's intention to leave and destructive leadership can predict subordinate's intention to leave; iv. It is a significant positive correlation between destructive leadership and subordinate's job performance and destructive leadership can predict subordinate's job performance.
