摘要
套接字是通信的基石,是支持TCP/IP协议的网络通信的基本操作单元.套接字是不同主机间的进程进行双向通信的端点,一个套接口是通信的一端,套接口存在于通信域中,套接口通常和同一个域中的套接口交换数据.Windows Sockets规范支持单一的通信域,即Internet域,各种进程使用这个域互相之间用Internet协议族来进行通信.流套接字提供双向的、有序的、无重复并且无记录边界的数据流服务,它适用于处理大量数据,从而实现网络环境下进程间的通信.
Socket is the foundation of the communication. It is the basic operating unit that supports TCP/IP protocol at network communication. Socket is the end that the process of the different host computer communicates each other. A socket is an end of communication. Socket exists in communication domain. Socket exchange data with the socket of the same domain. Windows Sockets criterion supports the single communication domain that is also named Internet domain. Various kinds of processes use this domain and the groups of Internet protocol to communicate with each other. Stream Socket provides data stream serve that is double - oftented and has no repetition and record boundary. It applies to the processing of large data. Thus the communication of different processes can be realized in the network environment.
