摘要
利用层次分析法,探讨了某学院基础部绩效工资的分配问题.首先根据团队的业绩,将绩效工资分配给基础部内的各个团队;然后根据个人业绩,将绩效工资在各个团队内进行完全的分配;最后总结了基于AHP的高校绩效工资分配的两种方法.
Performance-related pay is one kind of flexible pay based on performance. The reasonable allocation of the performance-related pay can improve the teachers' activity. In this paper, we use the analytic hierarchy process to study the performance-related pay allocation of the department of the basic courses of a college. Firstly, according to the performance of the teams in the department, we allocate the pay to the teams; secondly, according to the performance of individuals in every team, we allocate the pay to everyone; lastly, we sum up two methods to allocate the performance-related pay by the analytic hierarchy process.
