固定床吸附法提取发酵液中乳酸的工艺条件优化 被引量:2

Optimization of Extraction Lactic Acid from Fermented Broth by Fixed-bed Adsorption

摘要 预处理后的乳酸发酵液,经过5种树脂对吸附及解吸性能的筛选,确定选用弱阴离子树脂D301G从发酵液中提取乳酸.在正交试验优化基础上,得到该树脂单级工艺最佳操作条件为:时间3h、发酵液浓度86.0g/L、pH值为3,此时交换容量为237mg/g.又测定了流速和高径比对固定床吸附操作的影响,最终确定流速为1mL/min,高径比为10.8:1是最优固定床吸附工艺条件,并绘制该条件下的穿透曲线,此时穿透时间为60min,交换容量为193mg/g. Pretreated lactic acid fermentation broth has been screened on the adsorption and desorption capacities through five kinds of resin,anionic exchange resin D301G was chosen to adsorb lactic acid from the fermentation broth.By studying the single-stage process,the optimum operation condition as follows:3 hours,pH 3,fermentation broth concentration 86.0 g/L.Under the optimum conditions,the ion exchange capacity reaches 237 mg/g which were based on the orthogonal test optimization.Some factors of fixed-bed adsorption process such as speed of flow,height-diameter ratio were systematically examined.Finally,the optimum operation condition:1 mL/min and height-diameter ratio 10.8:1.Under the optimum conditions,the ion exchange capacity can reach 193 mg/g with the penetration time 60 min which were found by drawing the breakthrough curve.
