锁定加压钢板经皮微创固定老年肱骨近端骨折 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板经皮微创固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的可行性及其临床效果。方法2000年1月～2004年2月间,采用经皮锁定加压钢板固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折。结果本组手术时间60～140min(平均85min),术中出血200～400ml,无输血。21例伤口全部一期愈合。经12周～24个月(平均6个月)随访,术后3～4个月复查X线均见骨折愈合,未见感染、骨不连或延迟愈合。术后功能按Neer评分:优13例,良7例,可1例。优良率达95.23%。结论锁定加压钢板经皮微创固定老年肱骨近端骨折固定稳定,创伤小,并发症少,骨折愈合率较高,是治疗肱骨近端骨折的有效方法。
