摘要
本文介绍了四角蛤蜊人工刺激催产的实验研究 ,结果表明 :用阴干刺激、流水冲击和 0 1 5～ 0 2 5%氨海水浸泡三结合的方法 。
The paper mainly introduced the experiment of artificial stimulation and hastening of egg-laying of hard clam from 1987 to 1988.Sunless drying,flowing sea water and dipping in 0.15‰to 0.25‰ ammonia sea water were used thrgughout the experiment water temperatue was kept at about 27℃.
