本文讨论了平面波与平面波相干和平面波与球面波相干两种情况下马赫干涉的工作原理及所产生的干涉条纹的特征
In this paper,We develop the amount of thery needed for inerpretation of the inteference patterns generated by a MZI and aloso discuss the character of the patterns for two casesof interfering plane waqves and spherical wave interfering with a plane wave.
