摘要
加强高校辅导员队伍建设是做好当代大学生思想政治教育的需要。当前我国高校辅导员队伍建设面临着新的形势。文章通过对辅导员队伍的现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出了有关高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化以及专家化的初步设想。
The university counselors＇construction is necessary to contemporary college students＇ideological and political education. Nowadays the construction is facing a new situation. By analyzing current situation and problems of the counselors, the paper puts forward an initial idea to make them professional and specialized, thus become experts in the field.
