摘要
畜牧业不仅是新疆农村经济的支柱产业,还是农牧民就业和增加收入的主要渠道,是新疆农业经济的主导产业。近些年来,新疆畜牧草场严重退化,鼠虫害此起彼伏,导致生态环境严重恶化。应加强法制教育,增强草地环境保护意识;调整结构,建设新型草地畜牧业系统;依靠科学,推进草地畜牧业的可持续发展。
Animal husbandry is a pillar industry of Xinjiang rural economy, a main channel of farmers and herders＇ employment and income increase, and a lcading industry of Xinjiang agricultural economy. Recently, serious degradation and constant rodents and pests in grassland cause severe deterioration of ecological condition. Therefore, we should strengthen legal education and awareness of protecting grassland environment, adjust structure and construct new grassland and animal husbandry system, and promote sustainable development of grassland agriculture depending on science.
