班干部是班级内部的骨干,是联系辅导员与学生的桥梁。一支精良、训练有素的班干部队伍,不仅是辅导员的得力助手,更为"军心"的稳定,学风的形成奠定了基础。因此,班干部队伍的建设是辅导员工作的一项重要任务。
Student cadres are the pillar of a class,the bridge linking instructors and students in a class.A team of sophisticated,well-trained class cadres is not only the capable assistant of instructors,but also the foundation for the ＂morale＂ stability and the formation of learning atmosphere.Therefore,it is a major task for instructors to build a strong team of class cadres.
