摘要
本文首先分析了开展案例教学模式的必要性,接着进行了案例教学模式的概念梳理及理论求证,形成了案例教学模式研究的理论基础。在此基础上,结合士官教学特点,提出了士官课程案例教学的操作程序和应注意的问题。
The paper begins with the discussion on the necessity of adopting case-driven pedagogical approach.Then,it identifies the definition of the approach and theoretical foundations.Finally,with an examination of sergeant training program,it puts forward the teaching procedures and points for attention when implementing the approach.
