摘要
高职院校图书馆应通过对知识进行有效的管理来提升其创新能力和核心竞争力,开展基于知识管理的个性化知识服务,以适应高职院校图书馆面对日益增长的非连续性环境变化中的发展进程,适应高等职业技术教育的发展。
To enhance its creativity and kernel competitiveness,the paper proposes that library of higher vocational college establish an efficient information management system,offering customized service based on information management so as to cope with problems arising from the inconstant environment accompanying its development and the development of higher vocational education.
