摘要
妊娠糖尿病(GDM)是指妊娠期间首次发现或发生不同程度的糖耐量异常。GDM对孕产妇以及胎儿和新生儿均可能产生诸多不良影响,已引起广泛关注。提高对GDM的认识,全面了解其高危因素,对进一步改善孕产妇和围产儿的生存质量具有重要意义。
Gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） is the initiated occurrence during pregnancy with abnormal glucose tolerance. GDM has been more and more accounted as it is harmful for pregnant women, foetuses and new born babies. To well understand the GDM and its risk factors has been of a great significance to enhance the life quality for pregnant women and perinatal babies.
